What is the value of a Malcolm Konner Edition worth, its one of the twenty manual trannies and has 50 thousand miles on it.
I just found it advertised, they still have it, and are asking 12,500.

I've got a little book called "Corvette Price Handbook" and it says that the Malcolm Konner editions add between 1400 and 2800 to the value of the car.

There were only 50 of them built.

The book also shows Category 2 car values as: regular coupe at 9900 and vert at 12,300. So, this may be priced about right.

Thanks guys. I found it in N.C on the net, I though it would be worth alot more then that since there were only fifty.

Hello
I have an 86 Malcolm Konner. It is an automatic. I had someone look it up for me in the Black book and it was $14K.

Jerry - welcome to the :CAC

You have a rare car there - MK SE's were a neat option as they were the only dealership to ever get their own option. It was primarily the 2 tone paint and some tasteful emblems - I think there may have been an owners function when the car was first released too...

I always like the 2 colors used for the paint :)

51 cars were "optioned" w/ MK SE option but only 50 were built - hmmmm???????

One MK SE became a Callaway Twin Turbo conversion as it is the only 1986 to have the twin turbo engine :cool

...again, Welcome :m

Ohh, 12,500 is a decent starting point for the price :)

owners function???
I think MK's son kept the Callaway. One MK was in the Museum but I don't know if it still there. Interior is Graphite and some have the Z51 suspension. Not mine. Two Tone paint main feature.
I Have 88K miles and I need to do some work to it. But the body is in nice.
