Can someone tell me what is the stock offset is for an 03 stock corvette? I'm buying aftermarket wheels and want to make sure they will fit.

Assuming you are referring to the "thin spoke" OEM wheels (not the optional Magnesium wheels), the stock offset is 58mm front (on 17" x 8.5" rims) and 65mm rear (on 18" x 9.5" rims).
