where did the C1 birthday calculator go?

I have a link on the '59 Registry for what used to be a 1959 Corvette Birthday Calculator, but the link no longer appears to be valid. I don't believe I was able to save the code that generated the dates, so I was wondering if anyone knew the host or where the calculator may have ended up? Judging from the link, it appeared to have been affiliated in some way with NCRS WI chapter:
