If it was a little smaller it could also be from your headlightassembly.

yes but i cant find a drawing or pic anywhere. i took pleanty myself but this dosent show up in any my pictures.

This pic should help.
You can see it going from the AC bracket to the intake manifold bolt(that should have a stud on it) below the carb.
