Where do you hook a fuel pressure gauge on a 92 LT1? I looked over the lines under the hood and did not see a tap. Did I just miss it? I want to do a leak down test.

Thanks

There is a Schrader valve on the rail somewhere, on the LT-1 I know not where. ;)

Is at the rear of the intake manifold in one of the gas rails, it has a little black plastic cap!

Can't get much better than that, eh James? If I remember today, I'll snap a photo of my TPiS rail and the location of the Schrader valve to give you a real-life image. But to tell you the truth, it doesn't get much better than Jim's diagram. ;)

Thanks Jim. :upthumbs

Thxs Ken..!
Of course I don't have a guard on my'89 rails and don't know how difficult it is to remove them so I thought I'd send a diagram. Altho I still don't know what is front and rear of engine on that thing or which side the fuel pressure cap is on....lol

As stated earlier, I have no experience with the LT-1 so I can't help there. ;)

Thanks for the pic. The only way you could have done better is to look at my car and point to it. :)
