Help! Where is the CCM in my 91 Vette?

My instrument panel is dead in my 91 Vette and Engine will not crank.

Is it my CCM and where do I find it?

Check the fusible links behind the Left Finder side panel below and behind the battery! Betcha got 1 or more blown.
