I thought this would be easy to find since so many vette owner's have done this upgrade. But, I am unable to find a business to buy corsa part number 14118 stainless catback for my 1996 C4 LT4. Any help would be appreciated. If they don't have this part, then I would rather order directly from Corsa.

I purchased my Corsa system directly online from them. Also, Mid America and Eklers handle the system either online or through their catalogs.

Buy it here thru the forum, $50.00 under everyone else.

I did try them (and I might add that Chris is a nice guy too), but my timeline seems to have been too aggressive for him at the time. He was kind enough to credit back my card when he was unable to find a supplier that met his pricing criteria after 7 days. I am only willing to wait about two weeks at most because that is Corsa's turn around time direct to me ($995 + shipping). Chris was charging about $850 including shipping.

Thanks mad47. I called up eckler's and they had two in stock (now one). They are shipping tomorrow due in on Friday. They even sweeted the deal and gave me 10% off the advertised price so $809 instead of $899.

Great result, and a wonderful price at that.

You will Love the sound at acceleration and the quiet at cruise.:Steer

Do you have the Corsa system, was it worth the money?

I put the Corsa system on my CE LT4 last October when I purchased the car. I personally love the sound when accelerating the quiet at highway cruise. I get no resonance at any RPM, and would recommend the system to anyone. Quality fabricated and easy to install. Remember, however, that the sound of any of these aftermarket systems is a very personal choice. :Steer

Yup, the system was delivered today on schedule from Eckler's. I took it over to Motor Sport Technologies here in Houston for installation. It dyno'd 304 after installation. Unfortunately, they were just to busy to do a before dyno. I think I will need a little time to get use to the rumble. I thought the sound would only be behind me, but I get more interior noise than I want at highway speeds. As to whether it was worth the money, I will wait a few days to let it grow on me before answering that. My initial thoughts were that 1) I have a lot of bark but no bite, 2) I miss the quietness of my stock exhaust, and 3) Maybe it has to grow on me for a while. Then, I went out for a short drive tonight, and grinned wildly when crowded the gas pedal.

It's the grin, smile, tingle that makes it worth the money !!!:Steer :v

I like the Corsa sound on all vettes, but I believe it sounds even better on the C4 than on my C5 ... good luck :w :beer :)
