where to jack up car

where is a good place to put my floor jack to lift up my 94 C4
how about the front cross under neath the engine?
can i place my floor jack under neath the 3rd member to lift the rear of car? thanks boonie

Not sure on yours but mine has "Jacking Point" clearly stamped front&rear at the outside bottom of the sills...
