which air intake system fo an '88 c4

i have a broken air filter housing...help...

kinda new to corvettes and want/need to replace my air filter system. want to get the most performance i can while im replacing it. What systems have you all used. What kind of performance gain did you see

I have use the cone shaped K&N,seems to work good ,a little noisy.

how do you connect it? did you use a kit or did you make something up. i like things not to look homemade.

I bought it from summit racing ,I have a 90 TPI.
It has a rubber flange and a clamp.
