The under hood lights on my 94 arent working. The first thing I thought was a fuse........so which fuse is it? # 19 says utility..would that be the one? Thanks in advance.

I don't know what fuse.
But check your connectors.
Follow the wires from the underhood lights down to the connectors, near the headlights, they may be loose.

The fuse that controls these lights is located in the headlight area on the left side of the engine compartment. Pop the fuse holder open and replace the fuse.

LH front engine compartment. attached to left marker lamp housing. 10 amp.

Checked connections....tried new fuse.......still no lights. :( Guess the next step is replacing the bulbs? ;shrug

Have they ever work for you? Perhaps they are unplugged?

I'm with KOPBET on this one - have they ever worked?

The bulbs in my 92 are still working after 12 years.

The fuse is as previous mentioned. Check that fuse again.
Check the connectors - a lot of times owners disconnect them to show the car and leave the hood open all day. They are on top of the side marker lights - one left and one right.

Well, the great mystery is solved !! It was the bulbs...they were both toast. Put 2 new ones in and......BINGO.......let there be light. :beer
