Who is interested in some "383" emblems?

I contacted Kevin Williams about making up some emblems because every set I have seen so far just isn't what I'm looking for. I've looked at GM emblems & Mopar emblems and none appears to be the right size. Either way I'm going to order a set, but the more that get in on it the cheaper it gets. The price he gave isn't all that higher than the ones I have seen(group purchase would lower the cost to the same), and those are usually plastic. If you are interested email me at scott@c3sharktank.com and put "383 emblems" in the subject so I can keep them all together. Here's part of what Kevin told me...

I machine them from scratch, out of .090" thick aluminum plate, then I polish them up afterwards. A pair of 1.5" x 4" 383's won't take as long to make OR to set up. Figure about $15 for a one-time setup charge, and $55 for one pair; $50 a pair for 2 pair, $45 a pair for 3 or more pairs--it's possible I could get the price down further depending on quantity and how quick things go once the job gets tweaked...

I've had a couple questions already, so the 1.5 inch tall I was thinking of goes with an L-88 hood, however maybe a 1 inch would be good for everyone, that way stock hood users could be included. Let me know your thoughts. Here's a picture of what I was thinking of...

Those should sell like hotcakes to all Chevy fans. I'd put a pair on my '69 stepside but I'd have to get the engine to go with them. Now there's a thought. You might find a good market for both sizes.

Seeing as I have a TPI powered '78, I would like a set of "L-98" emblems that look similar to the "L-82" or "427" ones. That would be too cool.

OK guys, will do. I've been sick the last week thanks to a buddy who brought his sick kid over but I'm feeling a little better today. I should be talking to the guy about emblems shortly. So far most people want 1 inch tall so that looks like what I'll order too.

DarkShark- I would suggest you contact Kevin directly, the cost isn't too bad really. I'm only concerned with the 383 emblems at the moment due to having too many projects going now.
