Appears the driver/passenger are ok..

Poor Vette though.. :cry

With more global warming... in 50 years... we wont have to worry about the snow.

As my friend Stephen Colbert says: "Al Gore's movie made money. Therefore the market has spoken: Global warming must be real"

;LOL

I hope the vette can recover.

Considering the cost of damage that could be done to a Vette or any nice car, a winter beater just make too much sense.:W

Ughhhhh, this type of thing happens all the time lately it seems. :cry

...lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to be made in "global warming" ;squint:

No snow here - in fact, we had only about 2" of snow the whole year (vs. the usual 2 or 3 ft. However, I am not attributing that to global warming. It was mostly due to a complete lack of precipitation :W

This almost happened to me. I had to go to Florida overnight in February. I was going to take my crappy 1989 Jeep to the airport but it overheated a mile or so from my home. So the wife picked me up and I had no choice but to take my older non-Callaway vette (93) and leave it at Newark airport. All is fine till my wife calls me later that day to tell me snow is expected for the following day starting at 1PM. I was to arrive at that time. Well I got in early (surprise, surprise considering it's Newark airport). It had already started snowing. I was extremely lucky to make it home (to Ringwood in the highlands of NJ). I made it up my steep 100' driveway with 10 minutes to spare. In fact in 5 minutes I would not have been able to get closer than a half a mile to my home. Also Route 287 was getting worse and worse and I almost spun out.

So S**T happens. Like they say sometimes the best laid plans go awry.

Global warming? We can't predict weather 5 days in advance let alone 50 years.

This is true, yet we still pay weather people to "predict" the weather, and look at all the $$$$ the "greenies" have made off "global warming" :crazy

We're on the same page. I agree!

What car number was that? .... ouch any story to go along with the pics?
