I got to see a couple of those in Bowling Green a few weeks ago, yours looks great in pictures, but I know first hand, then look even better in person! Love that edition!

BTW.....the bear in the back is cool!

Absolutely gorgeous!!! A good friend of mine in New Hampshire just bought a Wil Cooksey Special Edition ZO6 #25, and I get to see it this weekend!!

Congratulations....

Elaine

Nice pics of a beautiful Z06. :thumb

Picked up ours at the NCM this past April. Number 029.

As much as I enjoy the "427" limited edtion Z06, I'm putting it up for sale.
Looking at a new 2009 Vette, so this one's for sale.

3,900 miles, NAV system, Corsa cat-back & stock exhaust comes with the purchase. Absolutely immaculate, and babied from day one. All paperwork and documentation has been saved.

This Corvette should hold it's value better than any other C6, and it can be yours! :thumb

MSRP was $86,435. Asking $80,000.

Send a PM if interested.

Zippy. I show my wife your posts and cars do she doesn't complain about my Corvette buying habits. You are taking bullets for all of us! :thumb

You really have a beautiful car, and not to steal your thunder, but IMHO the "427" emblems should have come as "standard equipment" on ALL C6Zs. Why Chevy decided to silkscreen "7.0L" on the LS7's red "beauty" covers under the hood is beyond me. This is AMERICA and we don't use the metric system over here! So, I just might pick up a set of 427s from GM Parts and replace my Z06 505HP side skirt emblems; something that all big block Corvette owners can identify with. I wonder if they only come in one body color b/c they probably won't look good unless they match the rest of the car.

This is like Deja Vu all over again . . .

A lot of late (base) model C4 owners tried to emulate the ZR-1 with those emblems, and then somebody produced "LT5" hood emblems. I popped for a set and at the time I think they were outrageously expensive . . . like 70 bucks or so per set as I recall.

Oh, btw, this is my first post on this forum. The Site Admin and I go way back to the late great ZR-1 Net, but Rob probably doesn't remember our "humble" beginnings. I probably posted 10,000 times on that forum, but I ran out of gas. Now the madness starts all over again. :-)

FWIW, this is a "first class" site and I am VERY impressed with the quality of posts and how well the CAC forums are organized. WELL DONE!!!

Price reduced to $78,000. :)
