Old Men.. :L

Win ALDL found here, if you are talking Joby's Job.,.
WinALDL - 160 baud ALDL reader

To quote from his website:
"WinALDL is a program that reads the ALDL data from some supported ECM types. The data is presented in a way that will help when tuning a car after engine modifications. A simple hardware interface must be built to convert the ALDL data stream and make it compatible with a PC serial port"

It does look funny attaching a 10" laptop to the car and running it, grabbing data.. But it works.

Computers are a necessary evil.... in my mind :D

I did seven figure budgets and analyzed many short range and long range plans and cost analysis for years without the computer doing it for me... those days are gone and will never return. Sad thing is that the art of management was being able to deal with real issues of planning and budgeting.... now too many managers have not a clue with out their all wonderful all powerful computer :cry

Just a scream in the dark here ;help :chuckle :D

Fishing, Golf and HAND TOOLS forever :thumb
