wind deflectors

I have a 96 coupe, and I know that the convertibles came with the wind deflector mounted on the mirror. has anybody installed them on your coupes? I bought a set from ecklers(but I think all the catalog ones are the same) which were $ 24.99 for the set. they used two sided tape and they looked real cheap. so I sent them back. any advice info appreciated.

I put them on my vette.....and with the window down air does not seem to rush into my face.....so I think its a good idea.....

I put them on my 87 . They work great . The wind at 70 mph doesn't blow in your face . The deflectors don't just keep the wind out though . They also keep the bugs in that wind out . June bugs at 70 mph hurt . Cliff

Anyone have a pic or URL on these deflectors?

Not sure im following what they are exactly.

(btw, had top off on ours for the first time today, between rain storms)

I've never tried the mirror type but using the windjammer and the rear latch extention to raise the rear hatch is all I seem to need, love that combo.
