Window alignment

I have replaced all the weatherstrips on my car and now the windows need to be aligned in order to close properly. Can anyone provide me tips and/or recommend a procedure to do this properly?

Welcome to CAC. I had a similar problem on my 69, still do actually. Other things took priority. Here's what I found out though. Get the AIM for your car. It has a detailed instruction on how to adjust the windows. Also click this link for the thread that I started regarding the adjustment. There were some helpful hints.
