window and head lights

i need help. i replaced both headlight actuators the lights go up real slow an when i turn the lights off they wont go down. i tried the bypass valve an nothing. second problem i replaced the window actuator the window went up an down about 3 or 4 times.i set the window stops and now it wont go up or down.the spring was already loaded. please help me thanks.the motor stills works.i can hear it turning. forgot mention its on a 81

You shouldn't hear the motor turn if the window is not moving. Sounds like a geat problem.

Stange problem with the headlights. Did you cross a hose or two? Try switching the hoses from the actuator to the valves. Sounds like you have one mixed up.
