Window scratch!

I was putting my drivers side window down, and heard this awful screaching sound inside the door. When I put it back up, wahlah!......a vertical scratch!

Any ideas before I tear apart my door?

I dont know for sure but most of the time the bumpers/guides come lose .It sounds like yours came off.They are the things that have felt on them and help keep the window from rattling and keep it at pushed tight against the weatherstrip.I could be that the felt might have came off or just wore through down to metal
