Hello, I write from Spain and I use google translator to write here. I own a Corvette C5 2002 and I need to change the rubber seals targa roof and windows. I have written several messages to ecklerscorvette but nobody answered my email. I need information which is its price and references within ecklescorvette are together because I do not understand very well. I apologize for my writing and I thank you for your answers. best regards

By the way, don't worry about your English skills, you post up here and we'll figure out what you need. Your English is OK. :thumb

Toms007 links have been watching you pass me and these are the exact parts I need. but I have a question, what is the difference between:
Reproduction Line (REP) for $ 139.99 and Original Equipment Manufactured for $ 319.99?
The difference in price is high and I wonder if the quality will also exist much difference.

OEM is going to be either a part that was manufactured at the time the car was made or made recently but is from a GM approved suppler.

A Reproduction would be a supplier making a copy.

I will call Mid America this morning and talk with them. I think they will say the Reproduction will be what you want.

I talked to Mid America and they recommend you get the Reproduction Line. High quality and lower price.

They said they have an International Order site:

Corvette Parts & Accessories from Mid America Motorworks, 866.350.4540

They said if you have problems send an email to the head of that area.

karen,gesell@mamotorworks.com

If you have any problems we can help. Just let us know

Mr. Sam

Thank you very much dadaroo! I understand then that the cheaper line is the more because it has very good finish and quality. Sorry if it costs me understand a little, but I'm Spanish and I use the google translator.

Exactly. The rear seal is 119.99 and the 2 side seals are 99.99 (you get both left and right for 99.99).

If you have any issues let us know and I will contact Karen at Mid-America and get it cleared up.

I would get the Reproduction quality if I was buying seals. I have a convertible.

I, too, am grateful for your help Sam.

Curious if you have been able to order your seals yet.

Even unsolicited seals, mechanical corvette continued on for two months. The mechanic advised me not replace the seals with the complication that involves placing. Says it could be worse than the old seals wearing now.
