I just did this on my 90 conv. I had to remove the inner door panels. Other than that not too bad. It took a saturday morning (But I repainted all my door screws while I was at it). I had to purchase a pop rivet gun. It went well. Hope you have the same success. Let me know if I can help.

Door to window seals

I bought my seals at the dealer. They had to order them but were about ten bucks a side cheaper than the corvette places. Good luck with them I found them to be fairly easy to replace Charlie
