Windsheild Wiper arm removal

1997 C5 Coupe.

Unable to remove the arms from the car want to replace complete asm.

Is there a special puller needed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HI there,
Once you remove the 13mm nut, you should be able to push down on the arm a few times and it will start to move.
Disconnect the washer hose and it should come off.
If you need a puller, I usually use a battery post terminal puller for top post batteries.
