I have been having a problem with the gases from the new vinyl and the vinyl Protectant that I use. I just cant seem to remove the haze from the windshield. In the morning it seems to be clean then by 10:00am it is hazed which is very noticeable in the Florida sun this time of year.
I have been using Lexal & Stoner.
Is anyone out there willing to share:
what do you use to protect your vinyl?
What do you use to remove the haze from your windshield?

I've been using 303 Aerospace Protectant and have very good results with it. No hazing!

Over the years, I've found that an ounce of vinegar in a pint of warm water, takes road film, cigaratte smoke and the PVC gasses from vinyl interiors, off of the glass. Easier and CHEAPER to use than the "commercial" products.

Newspaper and Stoners seems slightly better than Windex/Vinegar mix. I always use newspaper. Some say newspaper is not good for after market tint.

I agree that newspaper is the best and cheapest way of wiping off the film. It works every time.
