Windshield lower filler, how does it fit?

Hello everybody,

I'm rebuilding my vette and today came across the windshield lower fillers.

It fits in the corners from the front windshield and the body but I don't know how. The filler has a L shape and I think the short side should be against or "behind"/ under the window and the long side in a horizontal position toward the body. The image on the buildingsheet isn't clean enough for me so I hope somebody here could help me with a picture or explination.
I think in the picture it's facing upside down. Thanks,

Is there nobody willing to take 5 minutes, walk to there vette, take a good look and tell me how to put it's thing?

Peer, I just looked at mine. The pic shown looks like the passenger side. The screw holes point down below the glass. the flat part rests against the window and the wing part looks almost straight up and fits under the fender lip where it meets the door. If you need a pic I might be able to get it for you. Mark

Sorry my mistake. The more I study it it is the drivers side pictured.
