windshield wiper arms

are the wiper arms on my 84 a stock GM thing or only these arms fit only corvettes?

As I understand it, after markets generally don't have a low enought profile to fit under the hood. Keep the arms, just replace the blades

the arms are whats broke here,they got taggled up together so bad so quickly one snapped and the other broke near base,yeah it was during a drive back home in a really bad rain storm.from what i can tell the arms are around 80.00 a piece,thats crazy!

You can update your wiper arms to the later model ones. I think 94-96 models. Someone else can chime in here. I seem to be brain dead this evening!
