The wiring plug in to the motor gets smokin hot when I plug it in, even if the switch is off. Wipers do not work. Motor new, relay new. The center post is hot when ignition is on. If I run a jumper from center post on harness to bottom and center post on motor nothing, when I touch it to top post on motor I hear a click but nothing happens? Any help would be appreciated, PLs!!!!!!!!!!!!
