I need some help ASAP. Its raining today, so had the wipers on. When i went to turn them off, the whole wiper assembly thing (the top 1/2) turned and did not seem to click nor could i advance to the high speed. I'm guess there some thing inside that is not catching or is broken. It sort of stuck at a middle intermitten level.
Its raining pretty good, so i can't really investigate much now. Has anyone had this happen and/or is this an easy replacement of the wiper/turn signal thing? I'm gonna check some Vette catalogs. I'd apprecaite any help.
