wire wrap

Need to replace my unhood wire wrap - where do I get it and is it better to wrap over the existing or not? Also I have clear (although yellow now) washer hose - was that correct or was it black? Thanks!

You can purchase the correct wire wrap from a number of suppliers... Eastwood carries it. I'd take the old wrap off first.

Wiper hoses were black, not clear.
