Worth Installing the X=Pipe?

Greetings to all. I purchased a little-used 2011 ZR-1 axle-back exhaust to install on a 2010 base 6mn Coupe. The X-pipe was included in the deal. Would there be any performance gains to install the larger 3" ZR-1 X-pipe along with the exhaust? As the ZR-1's X-pipe would not likely mate with the stock LS-3's downpipe, where should the connection be made?
Many thanks to all.

The X-pipe will be worth a small improvement in performance and a nice improvement in the high-rpm sound, however, you're going to need to do some cutting and welding because the LS3 mid-section is small diameter tubing than the ZR-1 pipes.

The only other way to do it is to install exhaust manifolds from an LS7 then bolt the entire ZR-1 system on your car.

That last issue is the bypass valves in the ZR-1 exhaust, unless your '10 is one with NPP, you'll need to add some system to control the bypasses.
