Hi all,

I'm looking for a good usable set of rear spring shims for an '84 w/Z51 suspension. These shims are the thin aluminum pieces located above and below the rubber isolators on the rear spring itself.

If you have a set available for sale, please email or PM me.

Thanks! :beer

Are the shims used in 84 different than the rear spring shims used in other C4 model years?

Apparently so, yes. '84 Z51 cars had the highest rear spring rates ever fitted to the C4 (from the factory, that is) and the shims were a different thickness to those used in non-Z51 cars. However, I don't know whether the same thickness shims were used in other years; I wouldn't think so since the '84 Z51 rear spring was a one-year item.
