try www.corvetteparts.com it's davies corvette on the west coast of florida. i had to replace the rod assembly and lock on the pace car i bought recently because i couldn't get a key in the keyway (it apparently had been scrapped along the ground and probably painted over a couple of time) even after i soaked it in mineral spirits and tried to pry the keyway open with a screwdriver. i figured my time was worth more than the replacement cost when it was all said and done, lol. they not only had the lock and boot with original gm keys, but it is a darn good replica if it's not OEM or NOS. if i remember correctly, the lock cost under $40.00.
