WWiper relay 4 a 79

I have a friend that has a 79, he states that the wipers are not working and after going through the intire system he thinks that it might be the relay under the dash?,
I have a 75 and cant help much?,
any Ideas on where to find a relay if they are even available?,
thanks. or any sugestions on what might have been over looked on the wipers on a 79 vette?
