There are so many things that can be captured on camera while driving your Z06. I always keep my cam handy and often take snapshops of interesting things. So why not share those photos here? If anyone has interesting shots while driving your Z06 or just has something cool to show us let us see it!

I was at the dealership today and saw these!!!!!!! Z06 CE and a SS-R!!!!

Roadfrog-are you in town?

I don't want to plagiarize Roadfrog, so I will make a similar quote, "If you can have fun, then show up!"

Z_OH_6 this is totally you!!!!!!

Z_OH_6 would you like to make an even trade for this Millenium Yellow SS-R?

Ruby Red!

This is a great looking Corvette! I just had to get a snap shot while I was passing her!

I can't drive 55!!!!!!

I truly do have high respect for the highway patrol, but I rather them stay in their building and eat their donuts and drink their coffee so I can speed past them on the highway!!!!! VRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!

Z06 vs. Jetliner

Wow! I am going as fast as the plane!!!!!!

I have to tell you this was one difficult photo to take!!!!!!!

Bummer

I have some amazing shots - but unfortunately mine is not a Z06 so I can't share them with you.

Remo:cool

Nah! Let's see them!!!!

There are always exceptions to the rule!!!!!!!

It had to be established that this thread is dedicated to Z06's but any true corvette lover who would object to see your amazing shots posted here needs to get their head examined!

Bring them on!!!!!!

I won't trade the Z_OH_6 for the SSR, although it would make a tasty grocery-getter for sure. If I win the lottery I want to buy one each of all 6 Corvette generations. And I'll share the rest with all my CAC buddies! Parrots too! :L

Right on!!!!!!!

:D

"Good morning ladies and gentlemen. We will be cruising at an altitude of 67 ft. and a speed of 250 knots. Out your window to the left side of the aircraft you will see a beautiful black vette who apparently wants to get it on with us! Ha! Bring it on!"

HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!

I like that!

One of these days I will go to the aircraft viewing area and takes some shots of my Z06 with some big aircraft!!!!!!!

Come and get me!

Nah, nah, nah, boo boo!!!!!!

Does anyone know what the purpose of the wing tips being in an elevated position do? I have never seen wing tips like this on commerical aircraft.

Winglets help produce a forward thrust in the vortex created by the wing. This thrust reduces the drag and breaks up the tornado-shaped wind spirals coming off the end of the wing. Also reduces drag (82ColEd) and makes approaching aircraft safer by breaking up the vortices.
