Hey Rain, I've not seen any up close but a large number of the cars, seen from the rear, have the stainless steel letter inserts. If you know, do they seem to stick on pretty well and more importantly, could you tell if there are any sharp edges that stick out enough to catch on a towel or cloth? I've been hesitant to consider them due to this possible concern.Rain said:These cars and MORE at this link:

Btw, I have 300 dpi and uncropped versions of all of these if anyone wants to print larger format pictures.
be more than happy to email the original to you
Rain

Thank you Rain. VERY helpful!!Rain said:They are actually polished stainless steel. They stick out. If you make sure the surface is very clean and free of wax, they seem to stick OK. I have snagged one with a cleaning rag once, but if you're careful, you should not have a problem. I've used power buffers right over them with no problem.

Nice shots - too bad the blue roadster was so abused (not cleaned etc...) Makes me wanna cry.
I like to collect plate shots - here is a page I did once, but I have not updated it for a while - you will like some of the plates there - look for a euro one... ;^)

Hi Todd -TODD L GRIFFITH said:I laughed at the plate smoke u. I wouldn't get caught dead driving a car with that plate. All the guys would be waving at you asking for your phone number.

I have a shirt from a mustard outlet that says Poupon U.![]()
mqqn, I absolutely love the composition of the shot but PLEASE refrain from photographing while lying in the middle of the street. I want to continue to enjoy your shots and doubt they could be made by a mqqn pancake!mqqn said:Hi Drth -
I have seen those Poupon shirts - funny...
Here is a shot I took of my Z last weekend at a local cruise in - they closed main street in Peoria for a cops for Kids Cruise In and Car Show - I pulled in and saw that there was a prominent parking spot open in the shade - so I asked the kind officer standing there if I might be able to get some shade...
Here is proof of his answer...
