ZR1 vs. C6R - Help with understanding acceleration

Gearing may have some input but I think it is the power to weight ratio that makes up the big difference.......The C6 R is going to weigh less. ZR1 = 3300 lbs C6 R = 2700 lbs
 
One is a racecar and one is not. The reduced weight (600 pounds), sequential gearbox and all the trick bits and pieces that a million dollars can buy does make a difference. Top speed is a matter of horsepower vs. weight and drag, and the downforce additions and flares on the R might detract from top speed. The street car might take it on the top end. It would be interesting wouldn't it?
