but i'd clear codes and road test 1st.

can you walk me through that process. i had no problems b4 today with her. then i turned the key and service abs, service trac control, and one other popped up along with the abs light and trac contol sys light. it looked like a christmas tree on my dash:W:W:W:W

If you cleared codes and the 1214 reset then it's a current or hard code.

Get the Factory Service Manual and follow the book's diagnostic procedures to solve the code.

Yes, most likely you will have to replace the EBTCM, just make sure your ground sourcing is good.

Bad grounds can cause these types of conditions.

woke up this morning and everything is fine!! no lights or bells. im gunna be optimistic and say it was a ground issue ( stayed up all night cleaning them ). GOT MY FINGERS CROSSED TOO!!!!!!

I'm sure I speak for "c4c5Specialist" and "gmjunkie" when I say that issues with high resistance or opens in the grounding circuits cause a fair amount of problems with Corvettes older than ten years.

If your talking about the grounds,Clean them Good, Hook them up tight and Spray them with Boeshield T9!

Yeah,Branden done mine at about 24,000 miles,I've got over 70,000 on it now and had no problems!!
