I've never seen a foundation quite like this one before. I'm guessing those formed supports at regular intervals are engineered to prevent the slab from sinking relative to the foundation?

And there, in lies, the reasoning for my question.

The double door garage side has 10 foot ceilings.
The single door has 12 foot ceilings that could handle two lifts.
I don't have plans for any other cars until after we move up to Oregon Ohio.
Last week we dropped off the 14 Mustang Shelby Cobra in Oregon.
So, we still have 3 vehicles to get up there - Silverado Callaway SC 540,
Honda Accord and the Corvette.
Plenty of time to think about something else or nothing.
