air conditioner lines

I just purchased my first corvette a 1979 coupe the air conditioner was not working the line from the compressor to the drier and condenser was leaking so I purchased a new one from mid america and Iam having trouble connecting it to the condenser it makes a sharp 180 bend and the line keeps kinking what can I do. Thanks in advance

I would send it back. It should not kink

I had the same problem with the G.M. replacement hose, call Corvette Central, they have the one you need.

No just one type I got a new hose made and it fits perfect. thanks
