Z06 - What's the quickest way to get to 150 MPH from rolling between 35 - 45 MPH?

(C5- Z06, only have about 3/4 mile maybe a bit more to reach speed and then back down)

What's the quickest way to get to 150+ MPH from rolling between 35 - 45 MPH? What gear/RPM range would you be in previously when first starting from the 35 - 45 MPH?

In stock form, I'd start from 35-40 in 2nd. I'd guess that you will hit high 140's in 4th before you top out rpm-wise.

My 02 hits about 148-149 at red line in 4th to 5th and about 163-164 5th to 6 th,After that you'll have to try for yourself, when I hit 6th wife said it's time to shut it down!!
