I was out and about today with the top down (44 deg. :cool) and on the way home in rush hour traffic, I have to admit - I was NERVOUS!!!!

Maybe it is the AeroBody ;shrug or maybe it is the lump of bad drivers in the area :ohnoes - bumper to bumper traffic made me a bit :W

Anyways, when you drive yours, do you only do so at certain times, avoiding traffic?? Or does it just not matter ;shrug

Take a second and click on your chioce in the poll - Thanks :beer

I'm always looking out for fools on the road and hate tailgaters, I wouldn't necessarily say that I am nervous :ohnoes but I drive mine :D.If it is to get damaged, I would rather be in it. I would be more upset if it got damaged by something falling on it in the garage :ugh.

Whoa, I didn't know speed cameras existed. That's scary news.

I typically don't speed, but sometimes you gotta shake a little carbon outa those exhaust pipes ya know? :lou

Some drivers who drive fast are idiots. Then again there are others that never get the focus from law enforcement like the one who cut me off in the fast lane yesterday to avoid a slow truck. He was going about 45 in a 65 and proceeded to continue riding next to the truck at that speed for some time. I had to floor my brakes after he cut me off. I don't think I've ever seen someone like that ticketed.

I get nervous driving the Callaway all the time. I notice people like to tailgate as if they are curious as to what "Callaway" means.

I like living in North Carolina but our county has the worst driving record for the past several years. No one uses there turn signals, what up with that!;shrug. I try to stay out of the city with my car.

:ugh That was one of the reasons that I moved out of Miami, well may only 30 miles from Miami but far enough away. I'm sure that in a couple of more years the idiot drivers will make their way up and it will time to go further :L

Love Driving my Callaway

Living in the northwest has changed alot in the last 15 years....my wife and i lived in Ft Lauderdale for 8 years from 1992 to 2000, and swore when we got home it would be different. well...traffic and lookie loos are the same here as there.

We have just said the heck with it....drive the callaway.
We have 3..1990 zr1s...thought they were special...but...the callaway is our 2nd child. very special.

We are planning on driving it to Whistler, British Columbia this summer for the B.C. Corvette clubs big bash. Planning on coming to the C-4 Bash in Bowling Green as well. Think we could get Reeves to sign the dash.

I love to drive my car but don't get the chance as often as I like. I am not to fearful of driving my car . I have even taken it to the supermarket.I just am afraid of running out of road sometimes.

That is one heck of a grocery getter!.. but where do you fit the groceries? My car has no room to fit more than 1 bag. ;)

A few times, I have run out of gas within eyesight of a station. The last time (a few weeks ago) I was 25 mi past a station and the next town was 14 miles ahead :ohnoes It was also at 10:00 pm.

I have found that in the Mid Atlantic, they loan you the cans and that might be why I never worry ;shrug Out in the desert last month, that was totally not my fault :D

Pete, :ugh

Chris, it cracks me up ( understandably coming from Pete ) that he continues to rib you about running out of gas. BUT NOW, you even admit it happening twice again in a month? These cars need FUEL, lot's of FUEL! Haha

Yeah, I maintain the position that if I wasn't around friends when I ran out of gas, I'd still be there :W

My wife on the otherhand, has run out of gas before, and has had passing gentlemen not only stop, but they have fetched and paid for her refuel ;shrug

:DI live out in the sticks . little town of 2500. plenty of room to clean her out . go 50miles towards death valley to paniment valley 100ft below sea level . we get there early am and do some top end runs as its got a 4 mile straight . it so far out in nowhere land that you hardly see a car and never see a chp. but we know them all anyway .there are some bennies to small town life.if i dont drive her much the wife says i get cranky so i drive and come what may . very cool cars
