Is this my problem

I ohm'ed my injectors today and all but 2 read 16.0 to 16.9, the bad ones read 03.0 and 12.6. I guess that is why my car is running that bad. I haven't checked the fuel pressure yet but I think it may be ok.

According to my FSM 10 ohms is supposed to be ok but that 3 ohms is a problem child.
