I've noticed recently that a small amount of fuel has ben collecting under my '88 Corvette . Upon closer inspection and removal of the MAF sensor and bellows, I realized that raw fuel is collecting in these areas as it drips from the throttle body. The car is not being driven on a regular basis this time of year, and the fuel seems to collect when I turn on the key (i.e. pressurize the fuel system). I did check my fuel pressure which indicates my fuel pressure regulator is bad. My questions is, would a bad FPR diaphram cause raw fuel to leak back into the throttle body and drip into the air intake bellows? I do have the car parked in a garage with a sloping floor and the nose is directed toward the downward slope. Any help or advice anyone may have on this would be great. THINK SPRING!!!;help

I don't see how you can get fuel off the TB or in the bellows unless the car is vertical on it's nose.
Possibly the fuel is leaking from the rail / injectors seats and pooling at the front under the TB.
A bad reg is going to allow full pump pressure all the time at the injectors so check where injectors fit the intake/ rail first for leaks.

Does the vacuum line from the regulator go the throttle body. If so a bad diaphram would allow the fuel pressure to force the fuel into the throttle body.

Vac lines go to two ports; pass side rear of plenum
Could possibly run from rear to front of plenum while car nose down but would have to be a lot of fuel in here
