Question: Emc request does not match fan turn on temp

ECM requests fan less than 210 but fan does not come on until 227. If fan does not engage at ECM request is the relay switch bad?

If the fan comes on when it hits 227 the relay, wiring and fan are all working. Verify the circuit from the ECM is actually grounding the relay when it calls for fan on at 210.

If the A/C is on 1 cooling fan should be running with it,and the second should kick on at approximately 226-228 deg!:thumb

If the A/C isn't on,the primary cooling fan should kick on at 226-228 deg. and the secondary should kick on at 233-236 deg.!:thumb:thumb:thumb

Thats the way the factory have them set up!!You don't have a problem if this is the way yours is working:thumb:thumb:thumb
