Just wondering if anyone has heard of any Manufacturer going to make DM Flywheels?

I asked Caroliner Clutch and they didn't seem to think any Manufacturer would do it..Not very cost effective. He recommended their steel SM replacement.Oh well..There's gonna be alot of noisy C4's out there over the years.

I recommend a louder exhaust to help offset the difference.

Does that mean they actually take them apart and replace parts inside ? Or just reface them ?

Glenn, He actually takes them apart and changes out springs, bushings, bearings and whatever else is needed!!Only problem is,some years are built a little different than others and he can't get a part needed through his supplier yet!!So far he's been able to rebuild 2 out of 3,Say's it's not much different than doing one for a Ford Power Stroke or old Earth Moving equipment,Just Smaller!:L He was able to get me a new one for the one he couldn't rebuild cheaper than anyone else!:thumb:thumb:thumb
I've been having him re-man Clutch and Pressure Plates for a bout year now,got in with him through the old guy that builds Toque Converters for me!!:thumb:thumb:thumb
