Unless GM has already done it for you the reluctor wheel will have the number of teeth. You'll have to swap it out so that it will work with the LS1 PCM.
Check to make sure that you don't have any junk in between the AC condensor and the radiator. It is very common for the C5 to vacuum junk up off of the road and stuff it in that space. This will degrade cooling performance quite a bit.
You will see a performance increase with long tubes even if the rest of the car is stock. They will also make your exhaust a little bit louder and will change the tone.
I run Dynatech Supermaxx headers. They fit very well, are easy to install, and do not require that you lift the engine at all.
C5 Killer Bee
I just took a picture of the Killer Bee for you. You can see the large diameter and the new style MAF.
I haven't finished the installation. I decided to go to a dual catch can setup. I ordered them from CCA and FexEx just delivered them. As soon as it warms up a little I...

Here is the dyno sheet:
Here is the engine:
I absolutely love it. I used a mild cam (for a 427) so the car is completly drivable. I only have around 1k miles on it so far. I am getting 14 mpg in city driving and and 24 mpg on the highway. I expect it to come up some once I get some more miles on it.
I did the tuning myself and I...
