You'll be fine with AC Delco but do you have any plans of upgrading the engine performance wise, cause if you do and can afford it spend some money and get a good set of wires, for plugs well everybody has their own preference but i changed from AC to NGK and with my MSD system i like them...

There's no computer on this one, the car will die if i let off the gas while driving normally, same with at a stop, only way to keep it running is keeping my foot in it. Only guess i have is a vacuum leak, i'll keep you posted

Thanks guys i'll see about adjusting that float level but any ideas about why the car is dying when in gear, RPM drops and then eventually dies out unless i rev it. I have the idle RPM set at around 850 RPM in park.

If you look at any competition vehicles they have all the wires running directly to the battery, I've seen 8- 0gauge cables running from the positive and negative terminals on some of these vehicles so there should be no reason why could can't connect to the battery...If you do chose to ground...

So no experience with them, just with Flowmaster Super 40s on my stang and Dynamax super turbos on the vette. Have you checked out U-tube see if you can find a video with a vette with them installed, give you an idea of the sound.

I'm no expert but if you couldn't find an aftermarket set of mufflers that had the tip on that you want, could you not just cut the tips off of the stock mufflers and then weld them onto the new mufflers that you got, this would be more of a last resort but it may work.
