Gauges for both Oil temp and Coolant temp are not reading but the Digital readout for both are working fine. Don't know if there are separate fuses for these or not. It's the Analog gauges and not the digital for temps. Everything else on the dash display is working properly such as Volts...

That's a tough question to answer. What type of High Flow muffler (brand) are you talking about, and do you have an open air lid for the K&N. I'd venture to say you would get between 10 and 15 HP at most with just the basics you have mentioned.
