Your vette is ZR1? the frame set up was different from base vette because zr1 has same frame reinforcements also used on Z51 and Z52 packages and not used on base vette. Also I'm sure this frame brace is bolted to engine mounts too....:confused

Hi all, I'm going to replace my old front arm bushings these days. I have all ready to pull out the lower arm, but the rear bolt is stopped by a car's frame item, that is bolted to the main frame and where engine mounts are bolted too. So I can't pull out the bolt unless I remove the frame item...

Marc Haibeck solved our mistery: Fuel does not flow from the secondary fuel injectors until the throttle is opened about 25%. That's why the secondary ports are dirty. It's the fuel that cleans the ports. Thanks marc :)

Just need all 8 secondary port throttle butterfly valves (the disc shaped items) all other hardware is in place (fortunately) You can take a look at first article on top of this forurm page: "1990-1995 ZR-1 Secondary Port Vacuum Diagnosis" by Rob. Last pic show one butterfly valve in place...

Hi all; today I have my plenum removed because I had a suspect something on the secondary working not very well (not too much difference between normal and full power key position). Looking inside the intake ports I probabily found the cause: secondary valves are not on their places.:ugh...

I bought MSD, and I'm not too happy because as you told they are a little (too) long... they look poor as they are. How you solved this problem?

thanks for reply Hib; I filled the engine just yesterday, I used redline oil blue label bottle 5-W30. I asked to redline and they told me right choice was 5-W30 blue label. (but redline are zr1 expert? I don't know..;shrug) catalyst on my zr1 are empty, I think previous owner made this job to...
