Hey Bill. Would really be interested in this 5 speed, BUT the time frame doesn't fit my plans. Got to have something for the 55 "TLB" by April. Puting in a new 502, and want a 5 speed..............Will keep you posted. JCL
If your looking "strictly" for a 2000 FRC, this is one of the best ones around. If you just want any C5, this is not for you. Not inexpensive...........
8200 low miles, and a GMC extended 50,000 mile warranty good till 2008. The car is Torch Red, and is HUD delete. I am the 2nd owner. I bought...
"Baffles............"
Joe. Thats not to bad for a bolt on product. I've got guys that have played with re-jetting and timing and have gone a little more. Did a Vette at Carlisle this year, installed them in the infield, and Mike dyno'd it there and picked up 11 HP, and 7-8+ lbs torque. He's got...

inferno-vette. You had called them "spiral baffles" and it was one of those I ASSUMED things. I stand corrected. So your running the regular glasspack muffler? JCL "Sidepipes are the way"

You mean GM FINALLY figured out have to keep that new crank in one piece. They started advertising it well over a year ago and had nothing available but the PRICE. Sounded like a super motor, but I got tired of waiting and had one built. JCL "Sidepipes are the way"
" Sidepipes........"
Joe. Besides Hookers, there's also Stahl and Headman aftermarket types. Just saw the Headmans this morning on a Vette I was measuring up for sidepipes and baffles. First time I'd seen them. Besides the primarys being a little small, they are very similar to the Stahl's with...

Fasterthanu. The HH sidepipe primarys tubes come out in behind the front wheel and should be no problem for the 700R4 trans. Another possibility would also be the Stahl Sidepipe Header set up. I have several people I'm making baffles for their sidepipes for this...

Chris. Sounds like you might be close to getting "BAFFLED". Couldn't resist!! If you ever want to hear the baffles in action, I've got a customer in Orange Park. By the way do you know anybody who has a good used set for a small block? Know someone who is. Thanks, JCL:cool
