No I don't have any pictures like that. It's not that hard to convert one though, I used a factory 74 rear clip to do mine so it came with all the factory convertible parts. Then I grafted the rear clip on the car. You can buy the convertible upper rear deck though and bond it onto your car but a very hard thing to find is the convertible door glass , I got lucky and found both door windows for 25 bucks.
