I found this rattle or knock to be the gas filler lid. Try taping it with masking tape and see if that is the culpret.

Does anyone know if 93 cars came with the rubber bumpers on the inside rear and side frames of the roof panels ?. My 90 Z has them on both panels and my 93 only has them on the solid panel.

Check the rubber seal where the oil dipstick tube enters the block. On my 93 there was two rubber seals bunched up and it leaked. I have checked my 90 and the same rubber seal is crooked on the tube and it leaked slightly. If this is seems to be where the leak is comming from it is an easy fix...

Hydrogen Peroxide works very well on carpet to remove stains but I have never tried it on Leather, it might work too. Good Luck it looks like a nice car!

I would try Vinegar & water mixture as it is an acid and should kill the mold. Try a small area first to see if it takes the color out. I have used this to clean stains from furniture.

That really is a good tip, who would have thought you could buff plastic with a compound. Looks great!:upthumbs

With all that said, what is the absolute best grease for ball joints?. Preferably one that doesn't get all over the suspension and on the inside of the wheels.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a lamanated windshild for a 1993 ZR-1 ?. The windshild in my ZR-1 is delamanating so bad it is difficult to see when it is sunny or at night. ;help

I was using 10w30 mobil one but the car really seems to run better with the heavier grade 15-50.

I purchased a bronze tinted top for my 86 at Carlisle 3 years ago from Astro, it fit perfectly, price was right, and they took my old top on trade. I would deal with them again.
